Key Commitments

1. Lawful Basis for Processing

   Personal data is collected and processed only where there is a valid legal basis under GDPR, including performance of a contract, consent, and legitimate interests.

2. Data Minimization

   We collect and process only the personal data necessary for demo access, proof-of-concept onboarding, support, and system performance.

3. Data Retention

   Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations, and is deleted in line with documented retention schedules.

4. Security Measures

   Technical and organizational measures are implemented in accordance with Article 32 GDPR, including encryption, access controls, and secure hosting on Google Cloud Platform within the EU/EEA.

5. Third-Party Processors

   We use Google Cloud Platform as a sub-processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

   Personal data is hosted exclusively within the EU/EEA. No transfers to third countries occur.

7. Data Subject Rights

   Data subjects may exercise their rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, by contacting legal@versailabs.com. Requests are processed within statutory timeframes.

8. Accountability

   Versai Labs maintains internal policies and controls to demonstrate compliance with GDPR, including records of processing activities as required under Article 30 GDPR.

9. Supervisory Authority

   Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with their local Data Protection Authority if they believe GDPR rights are infringed.
